HY-057 is a non-silicon defoamer with excellent compatibility, specially designed for unsaturated polyester system, epoxy system, etc., with excellent defoaming and defoaming function.

Appearance: Light yellow transparent solution

Active component: 40%

Solvent: Aliphatic hydrocarbons

Product Features:

1.HY-057 has a strong defoaming ability, which can solve the problem of difficult defoaming in the system, inhibit the introduction of bubbles when stirring, and help the release of tiny bubbles from the paint.

2. HY-057 is especially suitable for unsaturated polyester systems and epoxy encapsulant systems.
Application range:

Used in unsaturated polyester, epoxy, two-component PU, amino baking paint, nitro dip coating, spray coating, acid curing amino and other systems.

Suggested Dosage:

For 0.1~1.0% of the total amount of the system, the optimal addition amount needs to be tested; After addition, it should be mixed at a sufficiently high shear force, and it is recommended to add before grinding.
For storage packaging:

Packaging: This product is packaged in original 25/200KG barrels (can be split);

Storage: Store in a cool and sheltered place, sealed and stored;

Transportation: This product should be well sealed during transportation to prevent moisture, strong alkalis, acids, and rainwater from entering.
