HY-51P is an emulsion compounded with linear multi-polypoly silicone oil, which is a leather top coating additive, which improves surface abrasion resistance, ironing and scratch resistance, improves slip and increases softness. It is suitable for all kinds of genuine leather and synthetic leather: such as sofa leather, luggage leather, clothing leather, shoe upper leather and other surface treatment agents. It has good water solubility and transparency, and can be diluted with water. APE-free, NPEO meets European and American standards.

Usage:

1、Added to the surface treatment of genuine leather or synthetic leather, 51P has good compatibility with water-based polyurethane and water-based acrylic resin, giving leather a soft feel and wear-resistant.

2、After compounding with matte varnish and varnish, it is used for leather top coating, giving leather a smooth feel, especially for black leather. Prevents the leather surface from sticking, strong adhesion, resistant to alcohol wiping, and long-lasting feel.

Usage:

Use after dilution. The dosage is 2.0~10.0% of the weight of the whole coating, and the dosage is adjusted according to the required performance.

If it is left to stand for a long time, it must be stirred well before use, and its compatibility must be tested before formal addition.

Packaging and storage:

25kg plastic drum. Sealed storage, use as soon as possible after opening, storage period at room temperature for 6 months.
