Characteristic:
1.HY-527 is a modified acrylate copolymer, which has a strong defoaming effect, and can improve the fluidity of the coating and increase the leveling of the coating film.
2.HY-527 can solve the problem of difficult defoaming in the high viscosity system, inhibit the introduction of bubbles when stirring, and help the release of tiny bubbles from the paint.
3.HY-527 is suitable for thick coating system, which solves the problem of easy blistering and prickly heat during thick coating, and obtains a smooth coating surface.
Scope of application:
Used for two-component PU, amino baking paint, nitro dip coating, acid cured amino, epoxy and other solvents, solvent-free system.
Suggested Dosage:
For 0.1~1.0% of the total amount of the system, the optimal addition amount needs to be tested determined; After addition, it should be mixed at a sufficiently high shear force, and it is recommended to add before grinding.

Packaging: This product is packaged in original 25/200KG barrels (can be split);
Storage: Store in a cool and sheltered place, sealed and stored;
Transportation: This product should be well sealed during transportation to prevent moisture, strong alkalis, acids, and rainwater from entering.
