Product Features:
1. The appearance is slurry, suitable for modern high-speed dispersion equipment, easy to use, easy to disperse.
2. It provides an anti-settling effect of pigments and avoids the deposition of induration at the bottom of the tank.
3. As a post-additive, it does not need to be pre-activated and ground, and has little effect on viscosity.
4. It has no obvious effect on the gloss, yellowing resistance, water resistance and drying speed of the film.
5. Under proper dispersion conditions, it is especially suitable for pigments that cannot be grinded because it can be added after the grinding stage. For example: anti-settling of aluminum paste, pearlescent powder, flat powder, fluorescent pigment.
Application field:
Epoxy resin, vinyl resin, polyurethane coating, solvent-based ink
Suggested dosage and usage method:
Based on 1.0-5.0% of the total volume of the system. It can be added at any price range, and when added after the grinding stage, it needs to be evenly dispersed with high-speed dispersion equipment. It is recommended to operate in a temperature range between 20-40°C.
Packaging and storage requirements:
25kg iron drum, 200kg iron drum. Store tightly sealed, place in a cool and ventilated place, keep the container tight, away from heat and fire. Store at 0 to 40°C (the product is soft and waxy at 0°C, please return to 25°C before use). The container in which the product is contained must not be directly exposed to heat radiation.
Special reminder:
In case of drying, crusting, caking and other phenomena caused by the wax slurry is not tightly sealed. This dry part needs to be removed to avoid dispersion difficulties. This product contains solvents and should be handled with care to avoid contact with skin and eyes.
