HY-P470 impact modifier is a special type of organic coordination polymer, which has a wider processing range and higher plasticization efficiency than ACR to meet the processability of SPC sheet high filling system. At the same time, HY-P470 is an efficient super dispersant that fully disperses a large amount of filled CaCO3 particles in the PVC system, fully blends PVC/CaCO3 together, eliminates micro cracks at the interface between PVC and CaCO3 particles, improves the fatigue strength of SPC boards, and greatly increases the number of SPC floor rotations. In addition, HY-P470 is an efficient plasticizer for PVC, which can efficiently penetrate between PVC chains to relax and achieve PVC toughening. Due to its toughening mechanism being different from CPE, HY-P470 toughens PVC while not reducing the rigidity and strength of PVC products, ensuring the stability of SPC sheet size, which means adding a large amount of HY-P470 impact modifier.
