Fluorocarbon-modified acrylic leveling agent HY-3777

Product Overview:

This product is a fluorocarbon modified acrylic leveling agent, which is suitable for most solvent systems, such as: alkyd, acrylic or saturated polyester baking paint/polyurethane system/two-component epoxy system, air-dried alkyd system. It can greatly reduce the low surface tension of the system, improve the instantaneous leveling effect, quickly wet the substrate and have good anti-crater ability, and can be re-coated without affecting the interlayer adhesion.

Physical indicators:

Appearance: Light yellow transparent liquid

Active substance: ≥98% (Solvent-free)

Viscosity 25℃ : 100-300CS

Product characteristics:

1. Has good compatibility and leveling in the solvent-based system, and effectively prevents cratering.

2. It has high surface activity, and has better substrate wetting ability compared with common polyether modified leveling agents and acrylate leveling agents.

Usage:

It is used in solvent-based and solvent-free systems such as alkyd, acrylic, amino baking paint, epoxy, polyurethane, etc.

Dosage: 0.1-1% of the total amount of the system, which can be directly added to the system.

Storage and packaging:

Packaging: This product is packaged in original 25/200KG barrels (can be split);

Storage: Store in a cool and sheltered place, sealed and stored;

Transportation: This product should be well sealed during transportation to prevent moisture, strong alkalis, acids, and rainwater from entering.
