HY-055 is a non-silicone defoamer with excellent compatibility, especially designed for light-curing systems, epoxy systems, saturated polyester systems, etc., with excellent defoaming and deaeration functions.
Physical and chemical parameters:

Composition: non-silicon polymer solution

Appearance: Light yellow transparent solution

Active fraction: 7%

Solubilizer: xylene

Characteristic:

1.HY-055 has a strong defoaming ability, which can solve the problem of difficult defoaming in the system, inhibit the introduction of bubbles when stirring, and help the release of tiny bubbles from the paint.

2. HY-055 is especially suitable for light-curing system, saturated polyester system, epoxy system, etc.
Application scope:

Used for light-curing, saturated polyester and other systems.
Suggested Dosage:

For 0.1~1.0% of the total amount of the system, the optimal addition amount needs to be tested. After addition, it should be mixed at a sufficiently high shear force, and it is recommended to add before grinding.
For storage packaging:

Packaging: This product is packaged in original 25/200KG barrels (can be split);

Storage: Store in a cool and sheltered place, sealed and stored;

Transportation: This product should be well sealed during transportation to prevent moisture, strong alkalis, acids, and rainwater from entering.
