Overview:

HY-2063 is an adhesion promoter with multiple anchoring groups developed based on hyperbranching technology, which has strong adhesion ability to metal substrates, and the additives have hydroxyl groups, which can participate in the cross-linking reaction of resin systems, especially suitable for coil systems.

1. HY-2063 improves the adhesion of paint film to various hard-to-adhere metals such as aluminum, zinc, stainless steel, and plating surface.

2. HY-2063 increases the ductility and impact resistance of the paint film.

3. HY-2063 will not change color when baked at high temperature..

Application system and dosage:

HY-2063 can be used in acrylic amino paint, alkyd amino paint, polyester amino paint, two-component polyurethane paint and other systems, but is not suitable for self-drying system.

The recommended dosage is 0.1%-5%, which can be added before and after production.
Transportation and storage:

25kg iron/plastic drum.Sealed storage, storage period at room temperature for 12 months.
