Dispersant HY-9010

Overview:

HY-9010 is a solvent-free wetting and dispersing agent for filling unsaturated polyester systems and epoxy systems. Recommended for LP and LS systems where solvents need to be avoided，reduce the viscosity of filler when it is dispersed in production. cannot be used with cobalt promoting resins.

Product Features:

Solvent-free wetting and dispersing assistant (100% active substance), which is used to wet inorganic fillers (and inorganic pigments) in systems requiring avoiding the use of solvents.

Suggested dosage and usage method:

0.5-1% of auxiliary agent (purchased form) is used for wetting and dispersing based on filler.

0.25-1% additive dosage (purchased form) is based on resin and is used to stabilize viscosity in BMC.

The above recommended dosage is for reference only, and the best dosage needs to be determined through a series of experiments.

Delamination or turbidity may occur. Before use, heat to 30-40 degrees Celsius and mix thoroughly..

Packing and storage requirements:

25kg iron drum, 200kg iron drum.

Sealed storage, storage period at room temperature for 24 months.
