Water-based system defoamer HY-901W

Product Overview:

HY-901W defoamer is a polyethersiloxane copolymer containing silica components, which has a super ability to eliminate fine bubbles, especially suitable for high-viscosity formulation systems. In the water-based ink, water-based paint and water-based floor paint system, it has the excellent characteristics of low addition amount and strong defoaming and foam inhibition ability.

Physical characteristics:

Appearance: Colorless transparent liquid active substance

Content: ≥98%

Viscosity (25℃) : 1000-2000cs

Chemical properties:

Highly effective in preventing micro-foaming and can be used in varnish and basecoat systems, especially in vacuum spraying processes. It is especially suitable for emulsion systems, such as pure acrylic emulsion systems, styrene acrylic emulsion systems, etc.

Application recommendation:

Used in high solids transparent coatings, architectural coatings, printing inks and varnishes, wood and furniture coatings, industrial coatings, leather topcoats and automotive paints

High solids transparent coatings: 0.5-1.2% of the total formula

Wood and furniture coatings: 0.2-0.5 of total formula

Industrial coatings: 0.2-0.5 of total formula

Architectural coatings: 0.05-0.3% of total formula

Usage:

Pre-dilution simplifies addition and mixing, and is recommended during the grinding phase.

Storage packaging:

Packaging: This product is packaged in original 25/200KG barrels (can be split);

Storage: Store in a cool and sheltered place, sealed and stored;

Transportation: This product should be well sealed during transportation to prevent moisture, strong alkalis, acids, and rainwater from entering.
