Water-based defoamer HY-825

Overview:

HY-825 is a highly effective defoamer emulsion with excellent compatibility, mainly used in waterborne architectural coatings, high solids industrial coatings, and wood and furniture coatings. The high efficiency and compatibility of the defoaming effect are well balanced, especially suitable for use in combination with defoamer concentrates, and suitable for sensitive and stable preparations.

Particularly suitable for defoamer emulsions for water-based formulations; It is added at the mixing stage and has very good compatibility.

Special Properties:

Especially suitable for pure acrylic emulsion, as well as styrene acrylic emulsion, PU dispersion, mixed system, etc., and can be used for water-based formula wood furniture coatings and parquet floor coatings, architectural coatings, industrial coatings, overprint varnishes, leather coatings based on acrylic emulsion and casein emulsion systems, etc. It is commonly used in varnish and basecoat formulations.

Process Description: Please stir briefly with a small shear force before use, and it is recommended to add it in the paint mixing stage.

Storage Packaging:

Packaging: This product is packaged in original 25/200KG barrels (can be split);

Storage: Store in a cool and sheltered place, sealed and stored;

Transportation: This product should be well sealed during transportation to prevent moisture, strong alkalis, acids, and rainwater from entering.
