Non-silicon leveling agent HY-216

Product Overview:

HY-216 is a high boiling point solvent mixture, widely used in all kinds of solvent-based coating system, can improve the wetting ability of the coating on the substrate, extend the opening time of the coating system, promote leveling, can obtain high flat paint film.

Composition: high boiling point solvent mixture

Appearance: Colorless transparent liquid

Activity: ≥ 98%

Characteristic:

1. It has excellent compatibility and leveling in solvent-based systems, which can prevent the formation of craters and fisheyes.

2. Has a good ability to wet the substrate.

3. It has an excellent long-wave leveling effect and can obtain a highly flattened paint film.

Scope of application:

Used in solvent-based systems such as alkyd, acrylic, amino baking paint, polyurethane, etc.

Suggested Dosage:

Generally 0.1-1% of the total amount, can be added at any stage in the production process.

Storage and packaging:

Packaging: This product is packaged in original 25/200KG barrels (can be split)

Storage: Store in a cool and sheltered place, sealed for storage

Transportation: This product should be well sealed during transportation to prevent moisture, strong alkalis, acids, and rainwater from entering.
