Water based system defoamer HY-902W

Product Overview:

HY-902W defoamer is polyether siloxane copolymer, with strong ability to eliminate fine bubbles, especially suitable for high viscosity formula system. In the water-based ink, water-based paint and water-based floor paint system, it has the excellent characteristics of small amount of addition and strong anti-foam and anti-foam ability. It is widely used to eliminate micro-bubbles.

Appearance: milky white liquid

Active substance content: 20%

PH value: 7-9

Viscosity (25 °C) : 50-250cs

Chemical properties:

Used in water-based formulations and can be widely used in varnish and pigment formulations; It is especially suitable for pure acrylic emulsion system, styrene acrylic emulsion system, and is suitable for spraying construction.

Application examples:

Used in high-solids transparent coatings, architectural coatings, printing inks and varnishes, wood and furniture coatings, industrial coatings, suitable for brush construction, roller coating construction, airless spraying, compressed air spraying, flexographic/gravure printing, dip coating, flow coating, spraying, self-leveling floor coatings and other processes, leather topcoats and automotive paints, etc.

High solids transparent coatings: 0.5-1.2% of the total formula

Wood and furniture coatings: 0.2-0.5% of total formula

Industrial coatings: 0.2-0.5% of the total formula

Architectural coatings: 0.05-0.3% of total formula

Usage:

Pre-dilution simplifies addition and mixing, and is recommended during the grinding phase.

Packing, transportation and storage:

25kg plastic drum. 200kg iron drum/plastic drum.

This product does not contain solvents and is transported as general non-dangerous goods. Sealed storage, storage period at room temperature for 12 months.
