HY-141 is a defoamer that can be used in a variety of solvent-based
and solvent-free coating systems. For example: architectural coatings,
automotive coatings, wood and furniture coatings, anti-corrosion coatings, etc.
Suggested Dosage:
0.1-0.7% additive dosage (purchased form) is based on the total formula.
The above recommended dosage is for reference only, and the optimal dosage needs to be determined through a series of tests.
For better defoaming, defoamers should be added to the abrasive. If added later, it must be dispersed with a sufficiently high shear force to ensure that the defoamer is sufficiently dispersed to prevent cratering.
Packaging and storage requirements :
25kg, 200kg iron drum. Store tightly sealed, 24 months at room temperature.
