Anti-graffiti additives for water-based coatings HY-5100

Overview:

This product is a hydroxyl polydimethylsiloxane emulsion, which can be used to produce water-based anti-graffiti coatings. Improved marker resistance, anti-graffiti, solvent-free, dilutable with water for an additional peelable effect.

Product appearance: White lotion

Non-volatiles: 55%

Based on the hydroxyl number of non-volatile components: 0.8mg KOH/g

Characteristics and uses:

1. Excellent hydrophobic and oleophobic.

2. Improves the performance of the coating against smudges such as markers.

3. Suitable for waterborne systems, especially two-component polyurethane coatings. and two-component water-diluent coatings such as acrylic/isocyanate and polyester/isocyanate.

Adding method and process:

1. Recommended dosage: 2-8% of total formula in the form of supply

2. Add the varnish formula under strong agitation (high-speed disperser).

3. When used for the color paint formula, it is recommended to add in the grinding stage.

4. Water can be diluted.

5. Pre-dilution with organic solvents can lead to instability and active separation

Storage stability:

Store tightly sealed in unopened original packaging without freezing and below 40°C for 6 months.

Storage package:

Packaging: This product is packaged in original 25/200KG barrels (can be split);

Storage: Store in a cool and sheltered place, sealed and stored;

Transportation: This product should be well sealed during transportation to prevent moisture, strong alkalis, acids, and rainwater from entering.
