Overview:

This product is a non-silicon composite mineral oil defoamer, containing modified mineral oil, foam-breaking molecules, and defoaming and synergistic particles. Foam-breaking molecules, defoaming and synergistic particles can quickly reduce the surface tension coefficient of the product under the spread of modified mineral oil, quickly puncture the bubbles in the system, and inhibit foam regeneration. Applicable system: various water-based systems, such as water-based polyurethane, nitrile latex, natural rubber latex, gelatin, water-based industrial coatings, and other water-based formulations.

Chemical properties:

1.The high content of foam-breaking molecules can quickly reduce the surface tension coefficient of the product under the spread of modified mineral oil, achieve the purpose of rapid defoaming, and have a certain wetting effect. It has good dispersion in the system and good compatibility with various paint emulsions

2.Has good stability at high temperature, and can still maintain stable defoaming under continuous mechanical shear stirring conditions

Usage:

Can be added as original or pre-diluent, and pre-dilution with the recommended solvent simplifies addition and mixing.

Addition amount: about 0.5% of the total amount of the system, different formulas need to be experimented to determine the optimal addition amount.

There may be a little layering when left for a long time, and it can be shaken slightly before use without affecting the performance of the product.

Storage packaging:

Packaging: This product is packaged in original 25/200KG barrels (can be split);

Storage: Store in a cool and sheltered place, sealed and stored;

Transportation: This product should be well sealed during transportation to prevent moisture, strong alkalis, acids, and rainwater from entering.
