Rheology Additive HY-2020

Overview:

HY-2020 is a polyurethane, hydrophobic group modified non-ionic associative leveling and thickening dual-effect product, which can provide a good brushing feel to the product, excellent roller coating spatter resistance, water resistance, alkali resistance, scrub resistance, stain resistance and water resistance, and can be easily dispersed into the system, so as to provide good rheology. It is widely used for anti-settling and anti-sagging of primers.

Suitable for all kinds of water coating system.

The dosage is different according to different use systems, used as anti-settling: 0.5-2.0%, used as anti-sagging: 2.0-5.0%, suggested to add it at the later stage of paint mixing..

Storage and Transportation:

Sensitive to moisture. Slight turbidity during storage does not affect the effect of the product. It is valid for 24 months under sealed packaging at room temperature. 25KG plastic drum, this product is non-dangerous goods and can be transported according to general chemicals.
