Overview:

This product is a specially modified polysiloxane, which has special wetting and leveling, permeability and excellent anti-stick and anti-peeling properties. Effectively prevent blooming and shrinkage holes. It is especially suitable for oil-based polyurethane systems.

Appearance: Light yellow to amber clear liquid

Active substance content: ≥ 98%

Refractive index (25C) : 1.435-1.445°

Viscosity (25C) : 500-1000cp°

Product characteristics:

1. Excellent anti-stick, anti-peeling, soft gloss, dry and waxy feeling, non-greasy.

2. Has good wetting, leveling and spreadability, and can enhance the permeability and increase the three-dimensional sense of the grain for deep and fine grain release paper.

3. It can improve the color development of resin and effectively prevent the occurrence of floating color.

4. It can effectively prevent the occurrence of watermarks, water strips, water spots, drag lines, oil spots and other defects in production.

5. It has excellent compatibility with PU resin and is not easy to precipitate, so it has little residue on the release liner, which is very effective for maintaining the release paper for repeated use.

Suggested dosage and usage method:

Used in dry PU synthetic leather resin, added after cooling at the end of the reaction, and can also be added when batching in the production of artificial leather, and the addition amount is 0.1-0.5% of the total amount of formula (when the solid content of resin is 30%).

Packaging and storage requirements:

25kg/ barrel, 200kg/ barrel. Sealed storage, normal temperature storage period of 24 months.
